Policy on Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

1. Overview

MomentumTech Corporation (“MomentumTech,” “the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) follows the FTC Three-Day Cooling-Off Rule, which allows customers to cancel eligible purchases within three (3) business days of the original purchase date.

Except where required by law, all refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations must be requested within this 3-day period. No refunds will be issued after this period.

2. Subscription Cancellations, Automated Reorders & Renewals

You may cancel upcoming monthly subscriptions, automated reorders, or renewals at any time before the next scheduled renewal date by:

  • Logging into your MomentumTech account, or
  • Contacting Customer Support by phone during regular business hours.

If you cancel by email, your written notice must be received at least two (2) business days before the next billing date to ensure processing.

Subscription payments already processed are non-refundable unless cancelled within three (3) business days of the original transaction.

3. Processing Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

Step 2: Refund Issuance

  • For digital products and services, approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within seven (7) business days of approval.
  • For physical products, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions will be provided. Refunds are processed within seven (7) business days of receiving any required returns.

Step 3: Exchanges

For approved exchanges of physical products, replacements are typically shipped within three (3) business days of receiving your return.

4. Important Notes

  • All refunds are subject to this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Refunds will not be issued after the 3-day window unless required by law.
  • MomentumTech reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.
